Auburn completed a 40,000 SF renovation of Stonehill’s Merkert Tracy Hall. The project’s scope included code compliance and the construction of a new handicap -accessible entrance. The conversion of an existing science classroom building into new college administration offices and new classroom facilities. Additionally executing new fire protection, HVAC, electrical, telephone/data, audio/visual, and security system upgrades.
