The project comprised the second phase of the continued renovations and upgrades of the Duffy Academic Center executed by Auburn. This phase encompassed approximately 11,000 SF of the occupied building. Extensive upgrades were made to several primary corridors & the Hemingway theatre. The project was completed in a 7-week duration. The project’s scope included the construction of a new theater facade, polishing an d refinishing of the concrete theater floor, and code compliance upgrades. Along with the installation of general finishes, lighting, and acoustical panels for the overall modernization of the existing theatre.
