The 10,000-square-foot tenant fit-out in a 100-year-old mill building was successfully completed, transforming the historic space into a modern and flexible work environment. The project’s scope included creating open office areas to promote collaboration, with flexible workspaces and high-tech conference rooms with smart technology. Additionally, training rooms were constructed for team development, while private phone booths were added to provide employees with quiet, individual spaces. A break room and kitchenette were built with modern appliances , and the bathrooms were fully renovated with new fixtures and finishes. The construction management team oversaw the entire process, from demolition to final installation. The project was completes in an 8-week construction schedule and successfully delivered a dynamic and functional workspace for the tenant.
