This project involved providing comprehensive construction management services for the development of a full-service Italian restaurant. Beginning with extensive preconstruction planning and coordination, our team handled all permitting processes to ensure smooth project progression. The build-out included the installation of a custom-designed bar, a commercial-grade kitchen, and intricate new millwork throughout the space. Advanced sound and lighting systems were installed throughout. The result is a thoughtfully constructed space that combines functionality and style, supporting an elevated dining experience.
