1,500 SF renovation to the existing main data center and adjacent rooms at Organogenesis. Project included: upgrading the walls around the data center to create a 2-hour fire rated envelope, installation of a new Novec clean agent fire suppression system, fire stopping all existing utilities, new HVAC system, electrical upgrades, all new lighting, ceilings and flooring. The existing data racks and equipment were maintained without interruption and completely enclosed to protect the equipment. The entire construction area was contained with hard walls and negative air to prevent dust migration from entering the adjacent labs.
