One Compass was a multi-phased project executed by Auburn within an occupied active patient healthcare space. Auburn worked closely with healthcare operations to coordinate logistics and schedule around ongoing patient procedures. The project scope was around 5,000 SF spread out over two different departments, Radiology and Urgent Care Departments. This scope included a new Patients of Size exam and restrooms. Interior fitout and up dates to all existing exam rooms within urgent care space to meet DPH requirements. This involved removal of millwork at nurse stations and replacement with millwork, new MEPs along with new equipment to support new layouts and installation of medical specialties.
