Auburn Construction provided comprehensive design-build services for the new HOKA retail store located in Boston’s iconic Prudential Center. This tenant fit-out project was completed in close collaboration with the client, beginning with detailed preconstruction planning, including architectural design and engineering coordination. The scope of work included the construction of a custom storefront, high-end retail area finishes, casework, product display installations, as well as functional storage rooms and fully equipped bathrooms. Auburn also reworked all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to accommodate the new layout and ensure optimal performance.
