Auburn successfully completed a 60,000 SF office fit-out for a corporate tenant, transforming the space into a modern and functional interior. The project scope included the installation of an ITM within the lobby area, along with the addition of 8-foot custom walnut doors. A new kitchen and pantry were built, featuring custom millwork. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls were installed to create a more open, collaborative environment, while the electrical system was updated throughout the space to support modern needs. Energy-efficient LED light fixtures were also installed throughout. All finishes, including new paint and carpet, were updated to reflect a clean, contemporary design. Auburn’s construction management team effectively managed the project within a fast-tracked 7-week construction schedule, delivering a high-quality office space.
