The project involved the gut renovation of a 5-story existing building to serve as the new headquarters for the City of Boston Credit Union. The scope included creating offices, conference rooms, a bank branch, an executive suite, workstations, a staff lounge, and a kitchenette. Extensive building upgrades were completed, including roofing and envelope improvements, all-new power distribution from the service point, a modern HVAC system, plumbing, and a Pre-Action fire protection system. The interior featured high-end finishes, custom casework, glass partitions, and fully installation of new FF&E throughout. The renovation also incorporated a new IT room to support operational needs, delivering a functional and sophisticated workspace.
