This 8,000 SF renovation transformed existing licensed hospital space into a new state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgical Center at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. The project scope included two Operating Rooms, six Pre/Post-Op Bays, Clean Utility, Soiled Workroom, Sub-Sterile space, and other supporting rooms.

Significant MEP coordination was required to preserve the design intent while adapting to the constraints of the existing building shell. Integration of new systems with existing infrastructure was executed with precision, ensuring seamless performance and compliance. Additional coordination ensured utility readiness for newly procured medical equipment installed by others.

The scope also included a medical gas system upgrade, featuring redundant monitoring panels, a MedVac-to-WAGD conversion, and an oxygen sensor with emergency shutoff. New mechanical systems were installed, along with advanced security, fire alarm, and access control systems. High-end architectural finishes and custom millwork were featured throughout, providing a sophisticated and functional environment for patient care.
