The cafe boasted upscale finishes, including custom millwork features, intricate soffit details, a wood veneer panel ceiling, a decorative metal panel entry portal, air curtains, and new lighting. Additionally, the project involved installing a new HVAC system, electrical panels, and transformers, as well as procuring and installing kitchen equipment. This project ran concurrently with the ongoing construction of the base building, necessitating meticulous logistics and coordination efforts from the project team.
