Auburn Construction successfully completed the tenant fit-up for Flat Top Johnny’s, a new restaurant, billiard hall, and arcade located in an existing ground-floor shell space. The scope of work included the construction of new walls, partitions, and ceilings, the installation of custom millwork, and the integration of new fixtures and equipment tailored to the venue’s entertainment and dining needs. We also performed significant MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) modifications to accommodate the updated layout, along with comprehensive upgrades to the fire alarm and fire protection systems to ensure full code compliance. This project marked another successful collaboration with Flat Top Johnny’s, as Auburn Construction has completed every one of their previous locations as well, further demonstrating our expertise in restaurant and entertainment space construction.
