Auburn Construction provided full general contracting services for the new Dunkin’ location on Congress Street in Boston. This project involved a complete gut and rebuild within an old mill building, requiring careful coordination to preserve the existing space while modernizing. The new store concept focused on efficient small-space design, incorporating self-service kiosks for placing orders and digital queue screens to streamline customer flow. Auburn Construction installed all-new finishes, updated lighting throughout, and fabricated custom millwork at the service station and trash receptacles to match Dunkin’s branding and operational needs. A fully equipped commercial kitchen was also built to support high-volume service.
