The project involved construction management for a 13,000 SF tenant fit-up, transforming the space into a new company headquarters and training center. The facility included offices, employee work stations, conference rooms, a computer classroom, a general classroom, a lobby, a demonstration area, and a reception area. Additional features included a break room with a kitchenette and bathrooms, all completed within a 10-week timeline. The scope also encompassed new finishes throughout the space and the installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
