Complete gut and refurbish of an abandoned 1920’s school house into a modern head start school. Major structural work was required to bring the structure to a sound condition as well as code. Complete new electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems were included, along with all new interior finishes, handicap facilities, parking lots, play areas, etc. There are 4 classrooms with lavatories, kitchen, conference center, offices, and storage areas.
